Dark and White Brownies
This is truely a wonderful recipe for the best brownies you have ever tasted.
100 Gram butter
100 Gram White chocolate
125 Gram Dark chocolate
90 Gram Walnuts
2 Eggs
225 Gram Brown sugar
155 Gram of wheat flour, either self raising, or mixed with 1¼ teaspoonfull of raising agent (baking powder).
Turn on the oven, set it at 180°C.
Chop the white chocolate and the walnuts, set it aside.
The dark chocolate and the butter are melted in a water bath. When melted, stir it to blend it, use a soft spatula.
Now whip eggs with sugar.
Then blend the melted and cooled chocolate/butter, with the eggs/sugar, using the same soft spatula.
Now gently fold in the flour, and the chopped nuts and white chocolate.
Use the spatula to blend everything well.
Put a sheet of baking paper in a baking dish, about 18x18cm. Pour and scrape the dough, and try to even it out.
Bake the cake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, as long as the top will stiffen, yet the middle stay soft.
Cool the cake completely before cutting and serving it.
